Hot Air Balloon Dubai Important Information

  • Emirates ID / Passport copy mandatory at booking (as per GCAA aviation regulations).

  • Waiver form must be completed 24 hours prior to flight.

  • Valid WhatsApp number required for pickup coordination.

  • Children under 5 and adults over 70 are not permitted.

  • Maximum weight: 119 kg (above requires pilot approval + surcharge).

  • Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.

  • Guests must be physically fit and able to bend during landing.

  • Not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, severe knee/back issues, recent major surgery (6 months), or fear of heights.
