·         All personal expenses spent for dining, shopping etc on-site

·         Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark at extra charges.

Dolphin Bay Atlantis Important Information

·         Please carry a valid Id/ Passport along with you during this tour

·         Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an Adult.

·         For Swim & Explore, the guest should be a confident swimmer

·         Deep water experience are approx 5.5 meters deep.

·         Transfers from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.

·         For All Dolphin activities, guests are not allowed to wear a single accessory. Eg: watch earrings, or any such accessory which can hurt sea creatures at the time of experience.

·         Guests are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior at the ticketing counter for the collection of wristbands. After the collection of wristbands, guests can reach the designated location via buggies.

·         Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
